Flying to Miami
Miami is Brazilians' favourite US destination for business, shopping and leisure. Flying private from São Paulo you arrive the same day, with no connections or airline queues, landing at Opa-locka Executive, an airport geared to business aviation north of the city.
When to go
All year round. November to April is high season, with dry, mild weather; the year-end holidays and Art Basel in December are the busiest dates. June to November is hurricane season.
Good to know
The Gulfstream V flies the route non-stop. The G400 may need a technical stop depending on winds and load, and the Challenger 605 and smaller jets stop at least once to refuel; our operations team plans it in advance. The aircraft flies from our Buenos Aires base to pick you up, so it helps to fix the date a few days ahead. Departure is from Guarulhos or another São Paulo airport cleared for international flights. Opa-locka has quick highway access to Brickell, Miami Beach and Aventura.
