What is a Jet Card?
A prepaid package of flight hours at a fixed rate. Fly whenever you want, without quoting every trip or buying an aircraft.
How long do I have to use the hours?
Hours are valid for 24 months from card activation.
How are hours deducted?
Each leg is counted in block hours (from pushback until the aircraft stops at the destination, taxi included), multiplied by the chosen aircraft's ratio (e.g. 1 h on a Challenger 605 deducts 1.53 card hours), with a minimum of 1.5 h per leg on the Phenom and Learjets, and 3 h on the Challenger and Gulfstreams. Positioning legs to and from our base also count against the card.
What do the hours not include?
Hours do not include airport fees, handling, FBO services, de-icing, special catering, special-event fees, ground transfers or crew overnights outside the region, among other third-party costs, which are billed separately.
Can I share the card?
Yes. You can designate family members or company executives as authorised users.
What if I cancel a flight?
Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance are free of charge. Within that window the card's current policy applies.
