Data controller
The data controller is Servicios y Emprendimientos Aeronáuticos S.A. (Flyzar), located at San Fernando International Airport (SADF), San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any privacy question, write to us at sales@flyzar.com.
What we collect
Data you give us: name, email, phone, company and the details of the flight or service you ask about when you fill in a form (such as the FBO request), message us on WhatsApp or by email, or subscribe to the newsletter.
Job applications: name, contact details, position, LinkedIn profile, message and the CV you attach.
Virtual assistant: the messages you type in the chat, which are processed to generate a reply. The conversation is stored only in your browser for the duration of your visit.
Browsing data: pages visited, device, language, traffic source and interactions with the site, through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies”).
How we use it
To answer enquiries, prepare quotes and arrange flights and services; to manage recruitment; to send you the empty legs newsletter if you subscribed; and to measure and improve the site and our campaigns. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use our own cookies that the site needs to work and to remember your preferences. Only if you accept them in the cookie notice do we enable third-party analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Clarity). You can change your choice at any time with the button at the bottom of this page or by clearing your browser cookies.
Who we share it with
With providers that deliver services to us and process data on our behalf: website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), newsletter (Mailchimp), analytics and advertising (Google, Meta and Microsoft Clarity), virtual assistant (Anthropic) and messaging (WhatsApp). Some of these providers process data outside Argentina; in those cases we require adequate levels of protection.
We may also share the necessary data with airport operators and immigration and customs authorities when a flight requires it, or when required by law or court order.
How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for or as required by law. Job applications are kept for up to 24 months. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, updating or deletion of your data by writing to sales@flyzar.com. The right of access may be exercised free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown (section 14(3), Law 25,326).
The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access and providers with recognised security standards.
Minors
The site is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
