Terms and conditions
The rules for using this site and booking our flights and services: what the price includes, how bookings work and what happens if a flight is cancelled.

Who we are
Flyzar is the brand of Servicios y Emprendimientos Aeronáuticos S.A., located at San Fernando International Airport (SADF), San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina, tax ID (CUIT) 30-71095473-5. You can reach us at sales@flyzar.com.
Scope
These terms apply to the use of this site and to the services we offer: charter flights, empty legs, Jet Card, FBO services and aircraft management. Each flight or service is also governed by the quote or contract you sign with us; if they differ, that document prevails.
Estimated prices and quotes
The quote tool on this site shows an indicative price based on our rates and average flight times. It is not a binding offer: the final price is confirmed in a written quote, subject to aircraft and crew availability, permits and operating conditions.
Unless the quote states otherwise, the price includes the aircraft, the crew and positioning. It does not include airport and security fees, handling, crew overnights, special catering, permits and overflight fees, or other third-party expenses requested by the passenger, which are billed separately. Taxes apply where required.
Each quote states its currency and how long it is valid.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing and payment is received under the terms it sets out. Until then, the aircraft and schedule are not reserved.
Changes and cancellations by the client
You can request changes to the date, time or passengers; we accept them subject to availability and they may change the price.
If you cancel a confirmed flight, the cancellation charges stated in your quote or contract apply; we always show them to you before you accept. They depend on how much notice you give and on the costs already committed (positioning, permits, catering, among others).
Right of withdrawal
If you book at a distance (on the website, WhatsApp, email or phone) as a consumer, you may revoke your acceptance within 10 calendar days of the contract being made, at no cost and without liability (section 34 of Argentine Law 24,240 and sections 1110 to 1116 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code). If the deadline falls on a non-business day, it moves to the next business day.
To do so, write to sales@flyzar.com. You don't need to give a reason. We confirm receipt by the same means and refund what you paid using the same payment method.
If you expressly asked for the flight or service to be provided before that period ends, the rules the law sets for services already provided apply. Withdrawal does not replace the cancellation terms of flights booked outside these situations.
Changes or cancellations by Flyzar
Safety comes before schedule. The captain has final authority to delay, divert or cancel a flight due to weather, technical reasons, air traffic restrictions or decisions by the authorities.
If we cannot operate a confirmed flight, we will offer you an aircraft of the same or a higher category, a new date, or a refund of what you paid for the leg not flown.
Passengers, baggage and documents
Each passenger is responsible for travelling with the required documents (valid ID or passport, visas, authorisations for minors and health requirements) and for arriving on time.
Baggage capacity depends on each aircraft and is stated in the quote. Dangerous goods and items prohibited by aviation regulations cannot be carried. The crew may refuse boarding to anyone who puts the safety of the flight at risk.
Empty legs
Empty legs are repositioning flights offered at a special rate. They depend on the flight that creates them, so their date, time or route may change or be cancelled. If that happens, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund what you paid or offer you an alternative.
Jet Card
The Jet Card is a prepaid package of flight hours. Hours are deducted according to the conversion table for each aircraft category published on this site. Each leg deducts a minimum of 1.5 h on the Phenom and Learjets, and 3 h on the Challenger and Gulfstreams. Hours do not include airport fees, handling, FBO services, de-icing, special catering, special-event fees, ground transfers or crew overnights outside the region, among other third-party costs, which are billed separately. The validity of the hours, peak dates without guaranteed availability, refunds and transfers are set out in each card's contract.
You can cancel a flight booked with your Jet Card free of charge up to 48 hours before departure; within that window, your card's cancellation policy applies.
Liability
Air transport is governed by the Argentine Aeronautical Code (Law 17,285) and, on international flights, by the 1999 Montreal Convention where applicable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240.
Use of the site and intellectual property
The information on this site (fleet, prices, routes, empty legs) is general and may change without notice. Trademarks, logos, photos and texts belong to Flyzar or are used with permission; you may not reproduce them without our consent.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims before the courts of your place of residence. We may update these terms; the date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
